Lily of the Valley

An extremely poisonous woodland plant that bears sweet smelling flowers. The scent is very green floral; fresh and effervescent. It is similar to jasmine, although it is often used in perfumery as an alternative to jasmine as it lacks the ripe, animalic notes of the jasmine aroma. It is used in compositions seeking to attain the classic jasmine aroma, without the indolic that may come with many other jasmine inspired blends.
